Dufour 56 Overview

Exterior and Interior Design

The shipyard first built a 17 m long boat in 1992, designed by Mortain/Mavrikios. She debuted in 2014. 560 Grand Large from Felci Yachts, and in 2016 the studio restyled the model for the new Exclusive range, which the shipyard introduced in Genoa. The rapid hull of the predecessor with its cheekbone in the stern and width from midday to transom is preserved. Two stacks with a stack and a genoa are installed. The instrument consoles have become more comfortable. A lounge can now be arranged on the roof of the cabin. The almost 5-meter cockpit is protected on all sides. Aft there's a grill and a sink, the fridge is hidden in the table. The dinghy platform is one meter wide and gives access to the «dinghy»garage. The well-lit salon has retained the layout: the dining table is centrally located, the starboard sofa and the navigating table, and the galley is in the bow. The retractable TV has been moved from port to starboard.

There is an inconvenient location of a winch behind the helmsman's back.

Amenities on board

The Dufour 56 Exclusive offers four versions with 4 and 5 cabins, with one captain's cabin with separate entrance. The master stateroom comes with an «island» bed and separate bathroom, or moved to the left with a separate sofa and a bathroom moved behind the headboard.
