Dufour 390 Overview

The Dufour 390 Grand Large premiered in Cannes in autumn 2018, and in 2019 it was nominated for the European «Yacht of the Year» title.

Exterior and interior design

This is the first independent development of the shipyard since joining Fountaine Pajot. Such an important task was accomplished by the shipyard's permanent partner Umberto Felci, who once created the Grand Large line. The new 390 is not, however, a development of the 382nd model. On the contrary, the new hull, the layout of the cockpit and the interior. The look of the Dufour 390 is similar to the Exclusive range. The same high boards, bulwark, impressive portholes and clean deck. There's also a voluminous cockpit for six people, enlarged space for the helm, a grill aft and a bathing platform. Inside, the abundance of light will be enhanced by optional light finishes. LED lighting, USB connectors and smart electronics are everywhere.

The amenities on board

In the standard three cabin version, the sofas are located on both sides of the boat, which reduces the galley and deprives one of the pairs of its own bathroom. It seems that a version with three bathrooms, an acceptable galley and one sofa in the dining area would be the best solution. There is a version with two cabins.

Features

Little things like a stacker, feed grill or LED illumination will surprise no one, but it's still nice.

Swimming area

The Dufour 390 allows you to relax well under sail or in the berth. The Dufour 390 family or charter is perfect for short sailing trips along the shoreline. Probably a Mediterranean one.
