The production facility may be modest in size, but it is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology, and each of our catamarans undergoes thorough inspection and testing before being delivered.

All parts and accessories used in this one-of-a-kind small sailboat are either produced by MiniCat in the Czech Republic or carefully sourced from renowned sailing companies such as RONSTAN, SEASURE, CLAMCLEAT, SUCHOMEL, among others. MiniCat is meticulously handcrafted in Europe with a passion for sailing.

The MiniCat model range targets customers and potential sailors who are interested in small, portable watercraft. In the present day, MiniCat has evolved into a meticulously engineered and carefully planned small catamaran boat. Hull material

The hull of the boats is made of HEYtex. HEYtex offers a line of highly effective products that are exceptionally air-tight, durable, and equipped with impressive UV and weather-resistance. These reliable water vehicles are suitable for a range of uses, from small boats to emergency islands. The HEYtex range is specially designed for various inflatable items and is resistant to seawater. The innovative coating technology ensures long-lasting and secure air-tightness.

Not only that, but HEYtex materials are also effortless to weld and bond, which ultimately saves time and money during the production process. The fabrics are coated with PVC by default, but upon request, TPU coating or a TPU/PVC blend is also available. Customers worldwide trust and approve of the HEYtex materials due to their unparalleled durability and ability to resist saltwater. The welding and bonding properties of HEYtex products are top-notch, with high adhesion and long lifespans. These products are made in Germany and undergo in-line production monitoring with HEYguardian to minimize any weft distortion to the utmost extent.
